We are delighted to announce that recently two new members, who were formerly educated and worked abroad, joined in Jinyi Law Firm. They are:

Ms. Xiaolin Ma, graduated from Université de Paris II and Université de Paris X-Nanterre, Master of Art in Tax Law and International Economic Law. Ms. Ma previously worked in Gide Loyrette Nouel Law Firm and Lefèvre Pelletier&Associés Shanghai Office, with main practice area of tax law, Merger & Acquisition, and international trade, and with French, English and Chinese as her working languages.

Mr. Ke Zhai, graduated from the University of Manchester, LLM. Mr. Zhai has profound knowledge of international trade and international litigation and arbitration, with English and Chinese as his working languages.
