From 9-12 December 2008, Xiaoyu Wu of JINYI Law Firm attended the second phase of the seminar on safeguard of environmental rights of All-China Environment Protection Federation. The seminar focused on legal theories and legal practice of environmental laws, covered classroom training and case discussion, offered an opportunity for voluntary lawyers from all parts of national regions to exchange their experience in practicing environmental laws. Mr Wu gave an address on exploration and practice on safeguard of environmental rights and environmental public interest litigation in Wuxi at the seminar.
