On 19th Aug and 22nd Aug 2008, Mr. Xiaoyu Wu, partner of JINYI, was invited by Wuxi Environmental Protecting Bureau to give presentations on legal issues in environmental protection and supervision.

 

Mr Wu''s presentation, Evidence Rules and Burden of Proof in Environmental Protection Administration, was made for environmental protection supervisors and chief leaders of Environmental Protecting Bureau and sub-bureaus.
