A legal forum entitled “Key Steps to Prepare for a Successful IPO” was successfully held on 6th Aug, 2008 at Xizhou Garden Hotel. Wilson Sonsini Godrich＆Rosati, one of the leading law firms in the US, and JINYI combined efforts to host 120 participants comprising Wuxi lawyers, government officials and entrepreneurs. Mr. Don William, partner of WSGR whose main practice area is Initial Public Offer, made the main topic presentation while Mr. Jianming Wang acted as interpreter.

 

After the main topic presentation, senior executives from Suntech, Seamless and Yongxin that are local high profiled companies listed abroad attended a public discussion with US and Chinese lawyers.
