“Wuxi Material Project Legal Service Group” was organized in September 2011 under support of the National Development and Reform Commission Wuxi branch and Wuxi Department of Justice for the purpose of involvement of legal professionals for decision-making by Wuxi government through providing legal opinions and consultation.
