The International Trade and Merger & Acquisition Legal Forum 2010, co-organized by Jinyi Law Firm, Clyde & Co and China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Wuxi Branch, was successfully held on October 23rd.

Ms. Ma Xiaolin, Senior Consultant of Jinyi Law Firm delivered the keynote speech on Practice of Investment and Merger & Acquisition of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises. Mr. Yong Tong Ang, Senior Counsel of Clyde & Co and the former Executive Director of Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) delivered a speech on How to Avoid and Manage International Trade Disputes. Mr. Yong Tong Ang is an experienced lawyer in the fields of international trade and investment, who is currently on the panel of HKIAC, CIETAC, SIAC and other tribunals. His speech focused on advantages of international arbitration and how to use international and domestic laws to safeguard interests against legal risks during cross-border transactions.
